About The Position
NVIDIA is offering 2025 Research Internships for PhD students in various fields related to technology and engineering. These internships provide an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with one of the industry-leading research teams at NVIDIA. The internships are designed to last for 12 weeks, during which interns will work on projects that have a measurable impact on the business. NVIDIA is looking for strategic, ambitious, hard-working, and creative individuals who are passionate about tackling challenges that no one else can solve. The company is at the forefront of accelerated computing, engineering technology that transforms industries and impacts society in significant ways, from gaming and robotics to healthcare and climate change. Interns will have the chance to explore various research areas, including Autonomous Vehicles, Graphics, Computer Vision and Deep Learning, Generative AI, Robotics, Programming Systems, Computer Architecture, and Hardware. Each area may require specific research or internship experience, such as vehicle autonomy, neural rendering, model optimization, robot manipulation, and high-performance circuit design. Candidates should be pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and should have a background in research with publications from top conferences. Depending on the role, familiarity with programming languages and technologies such as Python, C, C++, HLSL, CUDA, TensorFlow, and PyTorch may be required.
