About The Position

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Engineer to support vehicle and system development by analyzing, predicting, and mitigating noise and vibration issues across powertrain, chassis, and body systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3–10+ years of NVH experience
• Strong knowledge of acoustics, vibration, and signal processing
• Experience with LMS Test.Lab, HEAD acoustics, Brüel & Kjær
• Experience with ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran
• Automotive experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EV NVH
• Hands-on vehicle testing
• Knowledge of Transfer Path Analysis
• MATLAB or Python experience

Responsibilities

• Lead NVH development activities for vehicle programs
• Perform test-based NVH analysis (accelerometers, microphones, FFT, modal testing)
• Conduct CAE simulations (FEA, MBD, acoustic modeling)
• Identify root causes and implement countermeasures
• Develop and validate NVH targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Support vehicle builds and testing activities
• Present findings to engineering teams and leadership
