About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Nuvolo Clinical EAM Operations & Maintenance Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ enterprise-wide Nuvolo Clinical EAM platform within the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line. Responsibilities include system maintenance, upgrades, incident response, configuration, and data integration support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Nuvolo (Clinical EAM preferred).
• Service Now administration or development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and workflow management skills.
• Experience with SQL, integrations, and ETL processes.
• Background in healthcare, clinical asset management, or federal environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting VA systems or HTM workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• ITIL or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide O&M support for Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules across all VA environments.
• Maintain system uptime (99%+) and support scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
• Support software updates, patches, periodic updates, and major upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents under VA SLAs.
• Maintain integration with VA Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), including SQL and ETL support.
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, user roles, and notifications.
• Participate in Agile sprints and support testing, release notes, and documentation.
• Update training materials and support end-user documentation.
