Under general supervision, assesses the nutritional problems and needs of patients, develops a nutrition treatment plan, and ensures the patient receives the necessary counseling and education regarding the specific dietary information. Consults with patients on both on-going and disease-specific nutrition needs. Provides follow-up as needed and files all necessary documentation related to treatment.
