About The Position
True Nutrition, a reputable Nutritional Supplement manufacturing and Internet retail company located in Vista, CA, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Clean Room Manufacturing Crew. This full-time position operates on a swing shift from Saturday through Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. We pride ourselves on our high-quality products and stellar reputation in the industry, and we are looking for responsible, drug-free self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. As a member of the Clean Room Manufacturing Crew, you will work closely with 2-3 other team members to produce nutritional supplements. Your responsibilities will include weighing, sweetening, flavoring, filling, and boxing products. You will be trained on various tasks throughout your shift, including printing orders, reading receipts and recipes, performing simple math, labeling, and mixing dry powders. Additionally, you will be involved in cleaning duties, as maintaining a clean room environment is crucial to our operations. The role also requires some warehouse work, where you will pull items off shelves and package completed orders. Physical stamina is essential, as you will be on your feet for the entire shift and must be able to lift 50 lb bags of raw materials when necessary. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with potential increases to $19 after a 90-day probationary period and $20 after one year, based on performance.
