About The Position

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Nutritional Service Worker to care for our residents at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered! Stockton, Missouri is home to Stockton State Park, which offers a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Stockton Lake is located a few minutes from our facility and is a popular destination for boating, water sports, and camping! Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Requirements

• Education: NA
• Experience: Preferred, will train
• Skills: Communication
• Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment
• Cook Position Requirement: Food Handlers License, will assist in obtaining
• Physical: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%

Responsibilities

• Keeping work space clean and clutter free
• Effective use of the dishwasher
• Communicating with the residents
• Effective communication with meal service
• Assisting with prep of salad bar and desserts
• Serving the residents at meal times
• Stocking food shipments as they arrive at the facility
• Practicing proper sanitation skills
• Updating the menu board in break room and dining room
• Preparing and passing drinks and meals in dining room
• Greeting and serving customers in a positive manner
• Restocking the kitchen, dining room, pantry, and break room
