About The Position
Cary Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Per-Diem Nutritional Services Tech to join our dedicated Nutritional Services team! The successful candidate will perform a variety of general food service tasks and contribute to providing high-quality nutrition support for our patients and staff. Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised and relate professionally with other hospital staff.
Responsibilities
- Operates the dish machine following proper procedure. Checks and records temperature.
- Sets up tray line for service.
- Delivers and collects food carts and/ or trays to designated areas.
- Daily stock delivered to designated nursing units.
- Properly handles clean dishes according to safe food handling.
