Primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook food Performs food delivery and service to the patients and café, takes care of all kitchen, dining, dish room needs Set-up, maintain, breakdown and clean up all areas Maintains a clean and sanitized work area including kitchen, café and dining Deliver patient meals and collect empty trays Unload delivery trucks Stock and rotate supplies Monitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as needed Monitors and cleans food service equipment Duties may also include cashier responsibilities Set-up and serve catered events as required Physical Demands Involves constant standing, pulling of carts and equipment Must be able to lift 40 pounds Must be able to endure heat Hours may be extended to meet the needs of the department Shift Hours may vary anytime between 6:00am - 7:00pm PRN - As Needed
