Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or dietetics and food administration. OR bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND master’s degree in chemistry, public health, or family and consumer studies/home economics. OR bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or dietetics and food administration AND certification as a registered dietitian that is valid in the State of California. OR a valid appropriate California Community College Credential in the discipline area. OR the equivalent. AND have sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
