About The Position

As the Nutritional II, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for… Prepares, stores and serves a variety of foods for hospital customers and special functions.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to recognize food items which are unsuitable for service.
• Ability to safely utilize commercial cooking and preparation equipment
• Understand and apply basic sanitation and storage principles.
• Required to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Possess a pleasant, respectful and enthusiastic manner toward others.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, sets up and serves hot and cold food items needed for customer meal services.
• Preforms basic cooking duties.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and dishes.
• Maintains and sets up work area; restocking all items as needed
• Perform cash register duties.
• Assists with other duties as assigned
