About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Supervisor, the Nutritional Assistant II performs a variety of patient food service and cafeteria duties, as well as other related tasks.
Requirements
- Will have basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations relative to foodservice operations and procedures.
- Will have knowledge of patient and/or cafeteria foodservice operations and procedures.
- The individual should be able to read written instructions well and be able to follow oral instructions.
Nice To Haves
- High School or graduate equivalency exam preferred.
- Further training in quantity food preparation techniques and sanitation is desirable.
