About The Position

Mirabella Portland, South Waterfront's premier upscale senior living community, is seeking Healthcare Servers to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us in our health center. Customer service is key! We’re looking for a positive attitude and a ‘can –do’ spirit; no experience is needed. We provide the training you’ll need! We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Portland Area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience. This position also includes ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely service of regular and therapeutic diets to our residents. Requirements

  • A valid Food Handlers card is required

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and serve meals to residents in our health center, paying attention to individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain an attention to detail with regards to resident safety. This includes allergies, texture modifications, and therapeutic diets.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining an environment and work area that is clean, safe and organized.
  • Consistently follow the specific standardized steps-of-service as directed by the Nutritional Services leadership team.
  • Ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely service of regular and therapeutic diets to our residents.
