About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple is a 630 bed, not-for-profit medical center located in Temple, Texas. It is part of the Baylor Scott & White Health system, which is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field required; Master's degree preferred
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential required
Texas State licensure or eligibility for licensure
2 or more years of clinical nutrition experience, including experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have two years’ experience working in Nutritional Support
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must have at least 24 months of clinical practice experience in the specialty field.
Must have a current Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential.
Maintain dietetic registration, state-required credentials and/or licensure, specialty credentials, and continuing education requirements.
Must have completed an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program at a health-care facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies.
Pass a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
