Nutrition Services Aide Lead is responsible for the operation of the room service program during his/her shift (AM or PM), leading the Aide Is and Aide IIs during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring all room service trays are prepared, delivered, and cleaned during the course of the meal period. Reporting to the Manager OPS, the Nutrition Services Aide Lead is considered the person in charge during their absence.
