Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day/evening shift. This position works 11:00 am to 7:30 pm 5 days per week, with every other weekend required. As a Culinary Call Center Representative, you’ll play a strong role in Culinary Services by placing patient meal orders in the call center. Use your customer service skills and knowledge of clinical diets and allergens in this role. We are seeking a Nutrition Services Call Center Representative to: Provide a high level of customer service by taking patient’s meal requests over the phone. Assist patients in planning a healthy meal in compliance with their diet order and food allergies. Process electronic nutrition orders by transferring information from the patient’s medical record into our food service software.
