Dietary: Ensure that the nutritional needs of patients are met in accordance with practitioners' orders and recognized dietary practices. Perform a variety of routine duties, which include preparation and service of foods, receiving and stocking supplies, facility care, and general clean up. Bistro: Responsible for the daily operations and overall appearance of the Bistro & Boutique. This position is accountable for providing an attractive, timely food/beverage service and providing a pleasant setting for customers. This person performs a variety of routine duties, which include preparation of foods and drinks for sale to patients, guests and staff; sale of gift items; stocking supplies, foods and gifts; financial reconciliation; inventory control; and general clean up and dish washing.
