About The Position

Are you someone with an eye for detail and a strong culinary background? Sodexo has an opening for a Nutrition/Menu Services Manager. The successful candidate will manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components & pricing. This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and automated food systems
  • Culinary knowledge required
  • Great attention to detail and writing skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Dietitian preferred
  • Power BI experience highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components, pricing.
  • Ensure continuity and accuracy of data entry to meet operational, nutritional, and regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines by auditing of data within the system through report analysis.
  • Project Management, including initiation, planning, collaboration with culinary, supply and IT. Documentation of processes, time management and managing multiple priorities.
  • Administrative duties include required training, internal communication, personal goal attainment, and internal knowledge sharing
