Essential Job Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Collecting resident information and dietary data for the Registered Dietitian review. Obtaining resident food preferences and providing feedback to the care team. Printing and organizing meal tickets in a timely manner prior to meal service. Supporting menu planning, conducting meal rounds, and ensuring compliance with dietary standards. Participating in facility audits, sanitation checks, and assisting with quality control processes as needed. Maintaining Nourishment Kitchens. Coordinate the dining experience including set-up, service and clean-up.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Computer experience including Microsoft Office, Office 365, EMR.
One year of food service experience in skilled long-term care facility or hospital healthcare setting.
Ability to interact with individuals of all backgrounds.
Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication.
Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and appearance.
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and needs.
Willingness to provide support where needed to achieve outcomes.
Demonstrate integrity, respect, and discretion in all business dealings.
Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
