About The Position

As a Nutrition Lab Operations Supervisor for Morrison Healthcare at Mayo Clinic, you will be managing a team that prepares formula and breast milk for neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adult populations. Requirements

Customer service and people management experience
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to complete tasks with focus on detail and organization
Time management and multitasking in daily work
Comfort with learning new technology and computer system

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher OR
Pursuing an associate's degree with 6 to 12 months of relevant experience OR
3+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to the Nutrition Lab team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and goals are met
Assist the team with troubleshooting issues/barriers to successfully providing patients with prescribed orders
Train, coach, develop, and evaluate new and existing associates
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implementation of new and changing processes
Collaborate with nurse management, clinical dietitians, and other care team members to coordinate formula and breast milk management
Complete projects, documentation, and reports in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the successful daily operation of the Nutrition Lab, which is a fast-paced work environment with high levels of activity
