About The Position
The Nutrition Informatics Specialist plays a crucial role in programming and managing the patient services software for the division. This entails the development, management, and maintenance of menus, recipes, and ingredients as well as the use of them in the patient services technology platform. This role extends to various duties such as enhancing contract compliance, increasing purchasing optimization, and maintaining open communication and oversight with facility Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) leadership ensuring proper usage of the technology.
