About The Position

A Nutriton Driver contributes to AHF by assisting people living with HIV/AIDS by delivering fortified and maintenance meals to clients to improve their overall nutritional health/well-being. A Nutriton Driver enhances the reputation of AHF by conducting meal deliveries ensuring meals arrive at client homes at appropriate temperature, Recording of meal delivery in meal logs in accordance with policies, Assists in the implementation of nutrition of care plans, Assist in the dissemination of prepared written nutrition information, and Assist with monitoring of client nutritional progress. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Nutrition Driver it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Nutrit will work as a part of a close knit team to improve clients' overall nutritional health/well-being

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
