Provides face-to-face and telephonic nutritional coaching to review individual health goals and develop plans for improvement. Explain nutrition issues to clients, assess the dietary and health needs of clients, develop meal plans for clients, gauge the effects of meal plans, promote nutrition by counseling individuals and groups on nutritional practices designed to prevent disease and promote good health. Present and promote nutrition education classes for groups. Develop a schedule of classes to conduct.
