Description Reporting to the Food Production Manager, this position performs a variety of specialized duties related to the receipt, interpretation and follow through of the patient diet prescription. Requirements

• Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Nutrition, or equivalent educ/experience
• Experience in modified diets/hospital dietetics.
