Functions as a representative of the Nutrition Service Department on the nursing units while assisting patients with menu selection. Performs a variety of clerical duties to assist in the overall activities of the clinical section of the Food & Nutrition Services Department under the general direction of the Diet Technician/Dietitian.

Requirements

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with patient and hospital personnel.
Ability to work within scheduled time constraints.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities
