This position is not guaranteed hours, but averaging around 16 hour per week currently. Training for this position will likely be full-time, Monday-Friday until training completion. This position is required to obtain a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification (paid for by company) within 6 months of hire. Job Summary: Our Nutrition Assistant role works closely with Skilled Nursing Facility patients, nursing staff, and Registered Dietitians to monitor patient dietary preferences and needs. Monitors patient body weight and documents plans and results in system for tracking. Provides clinical dietetic services by ensuring the diet ordered by physician is received by the patient. Assists in clerical duties for Nutrition Services department.
