Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent with college/business school coursework or previous experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is required.
- Must have computer skills for email, data management and online health records.
Responsibilities
- The Unit Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is clerical support for the nursing staff with the goal to optimize professional care service provided to our patients.
- Perform administrative support activities required for documenting and coordinating care from patient admission through discharge to include record management.
- Keep the nursing unit stocked and tidy.
- Greet and welcome patients and others.
