About The Position

As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehab your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix. Requirements

  • Five (5) years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
  • Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
  • BSN Required.
  • PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
  • MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
  • Certification in specialty area is preferred.
