Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have two years of inpatient Medical/Surgical or ICU (recent) experience.
• Must have a Maryland RN license
• Must have current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Preferred one year of Nursing Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Supervisor is responsible, in the absence of a hospital administrator, for administrative decisions that promote & maintain quality patient care.
