Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care. We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our OBGYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinics! As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites of ten or more physicians and mid-levels, focusing on physician relationships, staff relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed. You will be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. You will also focus on customer service, physician and staff relationship and financial management and provide leadership and nursing oversight for back office staff. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
  • Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho or Oregon and must provide licensure in their secondary state within six months of hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required

  • Management experience preferred.
