Requirements

Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
3 years' relevant experience
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

Direct supervisor for clinical staff (CMA’s, RN’s)
Collaborate with Practice Manager, PAS Staff & Clinical staff on clinic work-flow process improvement
Create/Edit/Publish clinical staff schedules & staff open shifts from sick calls and PTO for clinical staff
Attendance tracking, time-card approvals and hiring of new clinical staff
Precepting and onboarding new clinical staff
HR duties, including performance reviews for clinical staff
Attend/Lead department meetings
Order and dispose of medications as appropriate.
Manage Crash Cart and medical supplies & logs.
Oversee SMART Program and overall compliance.
