Responsible for the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night, and weekend shifts. Oversees, directs and guides the organization towards achieving current & future goals. Ensures that all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state and federal regulations, JCAHO standards and laws governing healthcare operations. Demonstrates leadership effectiveness in managing interpersonal relationships and managing self. Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives. Supervises nursing services on all off shifts, including evening, nights, and weekends. Schedule: Three days per week- 11A-7P

Requirements

  • BSN required
  • RN/NJ License
  • ACLS and BLS certificates
  • With 2-3 years management supervisory experience in a hospital setting required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Oversees, directs and guides the organization towards achieving current & future goals.
  • Ensures that all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state and federal regulations, JCAHO standards and laws governing healthcare operations.
