About The Position

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs the overall operational functions of the Urology Clinic. The Supervisor works with administration, providers, staff and community resources to render professional patient care with efficiency, empathy and friendliness. Establishes a philosophy of patient and family centered care into the staff, operations and patient care practices. Responsible for executing operations to support patient- and family-centered care. Patients of all ages served. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Maintains professional competencies by attending educational programs, participates in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | 8am-4:30pm | Monday- Friday Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $82,659.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $82,659.20- $123,988.80 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Requirements

  • Associate's degree from a nursing program required
  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum in Nursing must be obtained within three (3) years
  • 1 years at a minimum of supervisory experience or management experience required
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required

  • Bachelor's or master's preferred
