Salary Range: $72,800-$101,920 a year (based on years of experience) Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been part of the Great Barrington community for more than 40 years, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in The Berkshires. Nestled in a hill in a quiet residential setting, all of our rooms overlook blooming greenery with either the surrounding woods or our well-maintained patios.

Responsibilities

RN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long-term care.
Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
RN conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
RN charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
