About The Position

HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to work every other Saturday and Sunday overnight shift (7am-7pm). HRI is also open to candidates looking to work every Saturday and Sunday, 7am-7pm. HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Requirements

Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Nursing/House Supervisor at a behavioral health facility

Responsibilities

Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide milieu management
