Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
  • CPR Certified
  • Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
  • Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
  • Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
  • A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience as an RN preferred
  • Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations
  • Administer medication and treatment as ordered
  • Timely and accurately document resident care
  • Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
  • Demonstrate and promote a collaborative service-focused team environment
