About The Position

Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Nursing Night Supervisor position. The nursing supervisor is a registered nurse who provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift. The nursing supervisor is the on site administrator during the “off hours” (weekends, holidays, evening and night shifts) providing direction and supervision in all areas of the hospital.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan required.
• Previous psychiatric experience required.
• Nursing Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients.
• Offer leadership and direction for nursing staff.
• Supervise all nursing care during the shift.
• Act as the on-site administrator during off hours.
