As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will focus on staff and physician relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed, be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. Supervisor will have 14 total direct reports across 2 locations. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor in this role will be responsible for disseminating compliance information to clinical staff other SAMG Specialties. They will also serve as a clinical resource to Practice Managers and clinical leads in these practices by providing relevant clinical support, including but not limited to: Clinical guidance/support for safety events (e.g., patient falls and injury assessment) Cascading important clinical information and changes relevant to nursing/MA practice, Joint Commission, and other regulatory matters Assisting Assistant Clinical Leads in clinical workflows and clinical compliance, as needed and in collaboration with Practice Managers

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
  • Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho and must provide licensure in Oregon within 90 days of hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience preferred.
