About The Position

Provides clinical and administrative direction to personnel and activities of nursing clinic associated with providing quality patient care. Assists in the management and integration of the activities and resources of the department locations. Identifies implements and executes process improvement initiatives in line with dashboard targets. Monitors, communicates and implements action plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Provides direct patient care per their license and scope of practice. Less than 50% of time spent on average is performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN-Registered Nurse of California.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
• 5 years of recent relevant experience.
• Demonstrate basic nursing skills.
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed in coordinating patient care delivery.
• Completion of SMF orientation and competency assessment.
• Knowledge of community resources and legal policies relating to patient decisions.
• Skills in delegation, leadership, and team management concepts.
• Computer skills, including Epic, Intelliden, and IDX.
