We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to: Foster effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care. Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit operations. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support for professional development, performance evaluations, and team management. Qualifications Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) Required Work Experience 3 years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Required Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Preferred Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin. Upon Hire Required Certification in relevant specialty area.
