About The Position
DaVita is hiring Nursing Students set to graduate in May 2026 to work in an exclusive program specifically geared for Nursing Students. This program allows students to gain direct patient care experience while still in school. The process begins with an application, interview, and job preview, followed by a fully paid training program during the summer of 2025. After training, students will work as Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during their senior year, with the opportunity for full-time RN placement upon graduation. Positions are available in Hospital Services Programs across Connecticut, with efforts made to place students close to their homes.
