The Nursing Student Success Facilitator serves as a primary academic support resource for prelicensure nursing students, including but not limited to Freshman Nursing Pathway (FNR) students. The Facilitator addresses barriers to academic success by working both proactively and reactively with students, faculty, and university support services to ensure a coordinated and well supported student experience. This role is central to promoting recruitment, retention, persistence, academic progression, and NCLEX success through collaborative efforts with faculty and the Director of NCLEX Success. A primary focus of the role includes providing structured academic coaching and NCLEX readiness support. The position requires the ability to travel to all USF campuses as needed. The Nursing Student Success Facilitator reports directly to the Director of NCLEX Success.
