Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior scheduling experience within a healthcare institution preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Licensed as a QMA/CNA preferred.
• Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling assistance to the Nursing Department.
• Compile and maintain records for nursing staff.
• Track attendance and other records for the nursing department.
• Schedule nursing employees in accordance with regulations.
• Prepare and revise nursing schedules at least one week in advance.
• Post monthly schedules and manage shift requests.
• Maintain attendance records and process disciplinary forms related to attendance.
• Ensure accurate attendance in scheduling software and correct errors as needed.
• Monitor nursing incentive bonuses and payroll accuracy.
