As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive. Locations Westover Schedules Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Opportunities PRN work 3 12 hour shifts with one of those being a weekend day
