About The Position
The Specialist at Chamberlain University collaborates with academic partners, faculty, and staff to provide strategies and academic reinforcement to students throughout their academic program and as they prepare for success with the NCLEX-RN exam. This role involves working with students individually and in small groups to assess learning styles, identify strengths, and discover opportunities for academic development. The Specialist creates and implements personalized remediation plans for students as they prepare for academic and professional success. Additionally, the Specialist supports all clinical learning lab and simulated patient care learning experiences for students.
