About The Position
The Nursing Services Program Manager works as part of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring that program activities are administered effectively and in accordance with guidance from program leadership. The Nursing Services Program Manager is associated with Cascadia’s integration of primary and behavioral health efforts and participates in the oversight of care coordination, care management, development and expansion of integrated programs. This position must understand, appreciate, and respect the diversity and cultural differences within our Cascadia community. As such, it is expected that this position promotes integrated care, our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches, and helps create a work environment of inclusion, safety, and acceptance.
