Nursing Scheduler - LindenGrove Waukesha Job Type Full Time at our Waukesha Campus LindenGrove, founded in 1987, is a nonprofit provider of health care and senior residential services in Southeastern Wisconsin. The Scheduler / Supply Clerk is an individual employed to prepare and maintain Nursing schedules at prescribed levels, maintain records and be responsible for nursing supply ordering, unpacking and delivering. The position is directly responsible to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience.
- Ability to interact with residents, staff and supervisors in a courteous, tactful empathetic manner
- Exceptional customer service
- High school diploma
- Must be able to work effectively under stress and deadlines
- Must have excellent communication and "people" skills
- Must display a calm, warm, professional manner
- Must maintain a positive working relationship with nursing staff
- Reliable Attendance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in scheduling preferred; clerical and payroll experience desirable
