About The Position

Responsible for the professional development and education of all clinical and non-clinical employees at delegated site or region. The role encompasses various functions aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of designated staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional growth. Using the foundation of the Professional Development Practice Model (ANPD, 2021), this role focuses on facilitating site-based education, onboarding/orientation, competency management, role development, and collaborative partnerships. Schedule: Full-time | 80hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm Temporary position ending 3/25/26 Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $92,934.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $92,934.20 - $139,505.60 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in nursing required
3 years relevant clinical experience to delegated practice setting
2 years of experience in professional development, precepting, or instructing nurses
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
Registered Nurse (RN)
Current licensure in the state of Minnesota required
Demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills when handling a variety of procedural and technical tasks with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
Leadership skills including the ability to problem solve, communicate clearly, provide support, self-directed and accountable, prioritizes and is organized, and shows initiative
