The Nursing Professional Development Specialist provides education services and resource support to patient care leadership, clinical staff, and patients. This is accomplished through a variety of services; from staff development and continuing education for employees, to a leadership role in committee/project work. The position requires an independent, critical thinking, self-motivated individual who demonstrates effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to take a leadership role in facilitating organizational change through partnerships with staff and managers. Willing to consider your FTE of choice from a 0.8 - 1.0 for your optimal work-life balance!
