Requirements

• Bachelors in Nursing (BSN)
• 3 years in pediatric critical care, surgical or burns
• RN license in state of practice

Nice To Haves

• Masters in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience in staff development and training

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical resource, educator, clinical nursing student instructor and consultant to facilitate orientation, training, education and competency development within the hospital environment.
• Works within the Staff Development framework to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
• Supports Patient Care Services by facilitating the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care services orientation and education.
• May be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
