About The Position

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking experienced nurses to join their team at Winchester Hospital, a 229-bed healthcare organization recognized for its high-quality personalized care. The role involves providing compassionate care in various inpatient services, including Med/Surg, Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room, and Pediatrics/Med Surg Adult. Nurses will be integral in assessing patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with medical professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient's progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
